What is your return policy?

All of our items are custom made and we do not accept returns. 

Please contact us if you have any issues with your purchase and we will do our best to make it right.  

How do I make sure I order the right size?

Please refer to the size chart included in the item listing. 

For local orders, ask us about sample sizes to ensure you get the best fit.

When will I receive my order?

All orders ship between 5-7 business days.

How do I place a custom order?

How do I make changes to an order I've placed?

How do I care for my garment?

Please wash all garments inside out and tumble dry on low setting.  If ironing is necessary, place a towel over the design to protect it from the heat.  Please never iron directly on the design.  

Do you offer bulk orders or wholesale?

Absolutely!  We love team orders and wholesale orders.

What materials and equipment do you use?

All our items are made using commercial grade materials and equipment. 

While we are a home based operation, we strive ourselves on the quality and durability of every item we make.
